Want input on suspension

I'm running eibach sportline springs with 3-way koni adjustable shocks. They're almost 2 years old and I think I would benefit from replacing them. I'm considering going to a coilover setup, but the cost seems to be astronomical.

I'd like to know first of all, what is the BEST setup?

Second of all, what is the best setup that doesnt cost like 3000 dollars?

How good are say the skunk or h&R, or ground control setups?
